This Week in Wrestling:
11/21/22 First week of practice is in the books! We have our parent informational meeting tonight at 5:00pm after practice. This week Wednesday we have a special guest clinician attending our practice. Remember Wednesday is a half day we will practice from 11:00am-1:00pm.
10/2/22 A new year is upon us!! Check google classroom for daily pre-season conditioning opportunities. Some opportunities will be done individually while others will be group meet-ups (for non-fall athletes) and others will be wrestling opportunities in the morning. These are great opportunities to get yourself in a position to focus on wrestling from the start of the season!!
