Recommended for:
Experienced Wrestlers (Attended the beginner KIDS Wrestling Program or have some previous experience)

Cost: $75 cash/check (made to Kentwood Wrestling Club) paid at or before your first practice or turned into the EKHS athletic department. Scholarships are available for individuals upon request. Please contact Eric Foster at (616) 291-9907 or eric.foster@kentwoodps.org.
Cost Includes:
Paid MYWAY Registration (Makes your wrestler eligible to participate in weekend tournaments if they choose)
Kentwood Wrestling Program T-Shirt
20 Club Practices
Club Singlet Use (Will have singlets for purchase, along with other KWC gear)
Practice:
Begins November 30th
Ends February 24th
Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30pm in the East Kentwood Wrestling Room
Special arrangements will be made for those competing at the west regional.
Competitions:
Club vs Club match nights
Weekend Tournaments - Sponsored by MYWAY - We will have a list of tournaments that Coach Hang and company will attend to coach up your son/daughter.
- Must Register weekly
- Tournament Fees Range from $8.00-$12.00/Wrestler - Viewer entry fee will be $3 - $5/person
- Weigh-ins occur the night before
- Head gear and shoes are required to compete
- Singlets will be issued weekly for use for anyone who hasn't purchased one (singlets are not required)
Our first club dual will be at Byron Center on January 14th.
Location - Byron Center Middle School
Time - Wrestling begins at 6pm. All competitors should get there at 5:15pm
Cost - Competitors are FREE. Spectators will cost $2
Uniform - Black shorts and our KIDS program t-shirt or another Kentwood wrestling t-shirt. Wrestling shoes and headgear are optional
